At Velvet Caviar, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new accessories. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
